為推動國軍文藝運動，並促進軍民藝文交流，以「守護家園，軍民同心」為主題透過藝文展品徵選與展出，使國人認識國防，進而支持國防；今年為強化國際宣傳成效，與僑委會合作，新增「國際組」，以「支持民主，認同臺灣」為主題，增進國際社會對臺灣的認同與支持。
To promote the literary and artistic movement of the army and enhance the exchange of arts and culture between the army and the people, the exhibition, with the theme of “the army and the people stand together to protect our home”, will make the people better understand national defense and support national defense through the selection and display of artistic and cultural exhibits.
